Lyla Chaudhry
Lyla is a Florida native, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of South Florida and has earned certificates in Negotiation Mastery and Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. Known for her go-getter mentality, Lyla prioritizes understanding and meeting the unique needs of every buyer and seller she works with, helping clients build long-term wealth through homeownership. When she's not making homeownership dreams a reality, Lyla enjoys spending time with her dogs, traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and cherishing moments with her family.
Mike Holmes
Mike specializes in multiple facets of commercial investments and leasing — including retail strip centers, multi-family, industrial, office, and land development. Since 2015, Mike Holmes has been a powerhouse in helping clients find locations for their business or identifying profitable investment opportunities. A St. Petersburg native, Mike has a vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay region from first-hand experience living and working in the community his entire life. Mona Soltau
Mona Soltau is an experienced real estate professional and community leader, serving on the board of the Arab Union for Real Estate Investment & Development. She is a dedicated humanitarian, founder of the El Kabani Humanitarian Foundation, and has led initiatives providing housing for underprivileged families. Mona is a mother of three daughters – a doctor, a teacher, and a lawyer – a grandmother of six, and a proud cat mom of two.
